If you're here, we're assuming you know something
about the case of the West Memphis Three. If you don't, there are those
who can explain it's multiple tragedies better than I. Suffice it to say
that I stumbled on the case years after the fact, and the more I learned,
the more stunned I became. After a while, my shock hardened into anger,
and then completely solidified into a molten fury. Such feelings are better
off shared of course, so I called Lorne and Josh and indoctrinated them. Against
their will perhaps, but then they know me.
They took their time, did their own research, and soon returned just as pissed off as I. And, being two of the finest songwriters I know, the results are not surprising. Six stunning songs, eloquent in their quiet (and not so quiet) rage and honest to goodness hope. I can only hope my songs belong in the same company.
We ask for nothing. Only that you make yourself aware....and do what your conscience suggests is the thing to do.
